According to the Emirates News Agency, 1,131 land and property sales transactions esteemed at AED3 billion were transferred during one week (17th of March until 24th  of March 2021).

A remarkable number of 115 plots were sold for AED548.96 million last week, while AED1.25 billion was transacted for 721 apartments and villas.

The most notable transactions

When it comes to plots for sale in Dubai, the highest values were recorded for Palm Jumeirah plots; one sold for AED55 million and the other one for AED32 million.

 

A total number of 25 deals were closed in Al Hebiah Fourth, worth AED88.37 million. Furthermore, 22 deals worth AED56.74 million happened in Nad Al Sheba. Also, 16 deals were closed in Hadaeq Sheik Mohammed Bin Rashid.

 

Properties for sale in Dubai were on fire last week! The highest values of sale transfers for apartments and villas were recorded in Marsa Dubai (AED 135 million), MBR City (AED 97 million) and Palm Jumeirah (AED91 million).

 

Everyone is buying

Almost AED1 billion were mortgaged properties for sale in Dubai, including the AED191 million worth of lands in Al Barsha First.

Furthermore, 44 properties were transacted between first-degree family members valued at AED153 million.
