Mudon (Arabic word for 'cities') was originally a huge project by Dubai Properties envisioned to feature multiple cities within a city. Moreover, they were supposed to be inspired by Arabic capitals.
Due to the 2008 crisis, the project modified and now comprises villas, townhouses and an apartment complex under development within several subcommunities with separate security guards.
